Before You Start

The app is a free download. During the trial you need one thing: a FlowLeap account.

Create a free account

Sign up on the web, or sign in from the app on first launch. Your 7 days start the moment the account exists, and no credit card is asked for.

What the trial already includes

AI models and shared EPO and USPTO patent data, each with a daily allowance. There is nothing to configure and nothing to buy before your first run.

Your own keys are free, and they come later

Add your own model key when you want your own choice of model. OpenRouter is recommended: one key covers all open-source models, and Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini work too. Your key runs your work and your provider bills you directly. Add your own EPO and USPTO credentials when you want the daily allowance lifted. All of them are free to obtain, take about 5 minutes, and go into Settings whenever you like. Add them before the trial ends to keep working without a break.

Three features run on FlowLeap’s own model accounts at no extra cost to you, all listed on the data-handling page; the only one inside the app that touches your documents is document OCR.
