A recorded run, replayed. Ask your own in FlowLeap.
Your agent searches these sources live, and cites what it finds.
Not artificial intelligence. Augmented expertise.
AI should not replace professional judgment. It should extend the reach of the person responsible for the work.
FlowLeap helps one expert investigate, draft, and review more of a matter while keeping the supporting material close. You still read the claims. You still make the call. You still sign your name.
The sources, work record, and stated limitations remain available for your review.
Because “probably correct” isn't good enough.

Capabilities
One agent for the whole patent process.
From invention disclosure and prior art through claims, office actions, FTO, invalidity, and portfolio intelligence. Each workflow uses live sources and leaves a reviewable artifact.
Invention and claims.
Turn disclosures into searched, structured claim drafts, then test them against the closest art.
Search and examination.
Freedom to operate.
Portfolio.
Map portfolios, filing trends, assignees, citations, and white-space signals.
Law and literature.
Reports and audit trail.
Response to office action.
Analyze office actions, retrieve cited art, ground arguments in law, and prepare response scaffolds.

Your Agent Harness
Live patent tools through MCP and workflow skills for research, prosecution, FTO, and analysis.
Verification, not reassurance
Evidence you can inspect.
FlowLeap keeps the work reviewable: sources stay attached, unsupported findings stay marked, and the methods and limitations remain with the artifact.
See what leaves your machineUnsupported stays unsupported
Unsupported findings are identified instead of filled in.
Sources stay attached
Each cited finding links to a source you can inspect.
Documents stay evidence
Retrieved documents are treated as evidence to analyze, not instructions for the agent to follow.
The work record
Queries, tool calls, cited sources, and stated limitations stay with the report.
The work record
Every query, tool call, cited source, and stated limitation from one matter, in order.
Sources you can open
Each finding links to the passage it came from. Read it yourself before you rely on it.
A finished claim chart
Element by element, in the claim's own language, with cited support on every row.
A clearance report
Blocking patents mapped to product features, with design-arounds where they exist.
A landscape dashboard
Applicants, filing trends, and technology clusters for a field, computed from the corpus.
Why we built it
For people who check the sources.
We built FlowLeap because the AI tools we tried sounded certain while hiding the work behind the answer. In patent work, confidence is not evidence. FlowLeap keeps cited sources, methods, and limitations visible so you can review the work yourself. Give it one difficult piece of patent work, inspect the evidence, and challenge the artifact.

Questions Before You Start
Straight Answers Before You Subscribe.
The plan is simple. The setup has a few moving parts. Here is exactly what happens.
Ask the Founder01What Will I Actually Pay Each Month?
FlowLeap is $39 a month after the 7-day trial, or $199 a year — about 57% less than paying by the month. That price buys the whole patent system: the patent brain with its pre-configured skills and workflows, live patent and legal tools, and full agent access to FlowLeap’s own PATSTAT analytics — the worldwide patent-statistics database — with no usage meter, and more on the way. Your LLM provider bills model usage directly, and EPO and USPTO credentials are free to obtain.
02Is LLM Usage Included in the Subscription?
The trial includes free AI models with a daily limit, so you can try FlowLeap without any keys. The subscription itself does not include LLM usage: after the trial you bring your own provider key and pay that provider directly. FlowLeap adds no credits, no token markup, and no second usage meter.
03Do I Need an LLM API Key to Start?
No. The trial includes free AI models with a daily limit, so you can start without any setup. These are small, tested models — good enough to see how FlowLeap works, but expect lower quality than the big frontier models. Add your own provider key when you want a stronger model of your choice. After the trial, your own key powers the agent and you control its cost.
See the four setup steps, visually04Do I Need EPO and USPTO Credentials During the Trial?
Not to start. The trial runs on FlowLeap’s shared credentials, with a daily allowance that covers a normal evaluation. Your own credentials are free and take about 5 minutes to get — connect them anytime for unlimited access, and before the trial ends to keep the data sources.
Get your free EPO and USPTO keys, step by step05Can I Use the Same Plan in FlowLeap, Codex, Claude Code, and Other Agents?
Yes. One FlowLeap account and plan covers the dedicated desktop workspace, CLI, and MCP server for compatible agent harnesses.
06Is FlowLeap Only for Prior-Art Research?
No. The built-in skills cover claims, drafting, office actions, FTO, invalidity, infringement, landscapes, and portfolio work as well as prior art.
07What Happens if I Cancel During or After the Trial?
The trial needs no cancellation — there is no card on file, and it simply ends after 7 days unless you subscribe. On a paid plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.
08How Is Confidential Matter Data Handled?
FlowLeap does not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models. Your model provider account runs your product work, under its own terms — during the free trial, the included AI models run it on an OpenRouter key that FlowLeap pays for (the same client-side path; OpenRouter’s terms apply). Exactly three limited features run on FlowLeap’s own model accounts — document OCR, the analyst narration on the patent-analytics pages, and the public PATSTAT Try Agent on this home page. Our data-handling page sets out what leaves your machine feature by feature. You remain responsible for reviewing those terms and your professional confidentiality duties.
